On April 29th, the Flora-Bama hosted the Merrill Marauders Congressional Gold Medal Ceremony honoring Gabriel "Gabe" B. Kinney. What a once in a lifetime event to be a part of and a true privilege to witness this incredible moment in history. The ceremony was filmed for a future release date to combine different elements and recipients for a full length virtual ceremony.

Local fan favorites, The Red Clay Strays have blown up over the past few years gaining national acclaim. Now headlining their own tour, they are returning to home base, playing a show in Orange Beach, Alabama at The Wharf Ampitheater this July. With so much demand, a second show has been added to the bill - July 3rd and 4th. They are bringing along some local friends as well with Muscadine Bloodline and Justin Jeansonne. The Gulf Coast is excited to welcome these bands back to town with a hometown show and fill the stands cheering and singing their songs.
